Baptism Personalised Keepsake Box

Our beautiful keepsake boxes are 100% handmade with love in northern New South Wales. Each box is unique with wood texture and grain creating a wonderful sense of character. Each box has been engraved in a gorgeous font suited to the message. The colour of the engraving on the wood is unique to each box. It features a sliding lid and is left natural and untreated without added chemicals.

All keepsake boxes are scented with our signature love fragrance and beautifully wrapped in luxurious satin or grosgrain ribbon with two colour options Black or Bridal White, and accompanied by a hand written note.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASING:

Our keepsake boxes are handmade from raw pine and any natural imperfections or knots adds character! No two boxes are the same each keepsake gift box is truly unique.

The size of letters for engraving may differ between boxes depending on the wording and amount of wording chosen. We will select the appropriate size of letters to ensure the best possible outcome. Some boxes may have a choice of fonts. Anything else will be considered a custom order.

Internal measurements are 25.5cm W x 30.5cm L x 11.5cm D. (Fits a wine bottle on the angle or will hold an A4 keepsake books or certificates)

External measurements are 28cm W x 33cm L x 12cm D

Sizes may differ slightly as each keepsake box is handmade.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

As the keepsake boxes from The Lovebox Co are made to order we cannot accept any returns for change of mind. Any keepsake boxes that have any imperfections or inconsistencies are a result from being a handmade product and makes each keepsake box unique and therefore no return is offered. 

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that a keepsake box or gift has been damaged through the delivery process, we will replace the gift with a no fuss attitude.  Please return the keepsake box or gift to us within 48 hours.  First you must email us immediately at love@theloveboxco.com.au for a return authority stating the problem with the item and photos of the damage. 

PLEASE NOTE: All items sent from The Lovebox Co have been quality checked before they are sent.  The only damage that will be accepted for return is where the goods are damaged in transit.  Please ensure you inspect the items as soon as received as no exchange is offered after 48 hours of receipt.

We cannot accept return of items that have been used or are damaged or soiled.

If the parcel that the item arrives in is damaged and you believe the item inside may be damaged we suggest that you refuse to accept the delivery and not sign for it. If you do wish to accept a damaged box please write a note on the form to say you ­­­­­­are accepting a damaged package.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Lovebox Co if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received in a timely manner. 

Refunds will not be given for late delivery that are out of our control due to delivery

In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items once we have received the returned item. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with The Lovebox Co are processed with excellent customer service and satisfaction.
