To create your own personalised keepsake box, firstly you need to write your message/s or find a quote/s that you are wanting The Lovebox Co to design. With your precious personalised messages engraved on the front and back of the lid, it is the gift that keeps on giving. Please just specify in the PERSONALISED MESSAGE bar the messages you would like and whether they are for the FRONT or BACK.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

As the keepsake boxes from The Lovebox Co are made to order we cannot accept any returns for change of mind. Any keepsake boxes that have any imperfections or inconsistencies are a result from being a handmade product and makes each keepsake box unique and therefore no return is offered. 

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that a keepsake box or gift has been damaged through the delivery process, we will replace the gift with a no fuss attitude.  Please return the keepsake box or gift to us within 48 hours.  First you must email us immediately at love@theloveboxco.com.au for a return authority stating the problem with the item and photos of the damage. 

PLEASE NOTE: All items sent from The Lovebox Co have been quality checked before they are sent.  The only damage that will be accepted for return is where the goods are damaged in transit.  Please ensure you inspect the items as soon as received as no exchange is offered after 48 hours of receipt.

We cannot accept return of items that have been used or are damaged or soiled.

If the parcel that the item arrives in is damaged and you believe the item inside may be damaged we suggest that you refuse to accept the delivery and not sign for it. If you do wish to accept a damaged box please write a note on the form to say you ­­­­­­are accepting a damaged package.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Lovebox Co if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received in a timely manner. 

Refunds will not be given for late delivery that are out of our control due to delivery

In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items once we have received the returned item. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with The Lovebox Co are processed with excellent customer service and satisfaction.
