The Lovebox Co use reputable third-party couriers, including Australia Post and Fastway. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, The Lovebox Co cannot guarantee that goods will not be damaged as a result of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances which are out of The Lovebox Co’s control, such as damage sustained during delivery, theft or delay that results in a parcel not arriving at the intended delivery address at the intended time and place.
DELIVERY MONDAY – FRIDAY ONLY. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times vary between locations keep the following estimated delivery times in mind when placing your order to avoid disappointment. We ship deliveries daily and full tracking details are emailed to you upon dispatch and delivery.
Standard shipping will take between 3 – 10 business days depending on the destination. Delivery via standard post (Australia Post) to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and rural suburbs can take up to 10 business days to be delivered. Please note we do not deliver to post office boxes.

If you supply an incorrect address and we deliver the gift box, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake. If we need to redeliver to another address, there will be a new delivery charge and delivery delays.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
To ensure your order reaches the intended recipient, a signature is required upon delivery. It is The Lovebox Co’s strong recommendation that you do not authorise to leave the parcel unattended and if no one is home, a calling card will be left.
Should you choose to have the parcel left without a signature (e.g. at the front door) you may do so by providing your delivery instructions at checkout. Please keep in mind that no responsibility is taken by The Lovebox Co should something happen to this parcel.
If delivery instructions are not provided at checkout and the intended recipient is not present at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left. The recipient (upon receipt of the calling card) is to organise an alternative time to have the parcel redelivered. Re-delivery fees may apply.
When the parcel is delivered by either Australia Post or Fastway and no one is home to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left at the address advising that the goods may be picked up from the nearest Post Office. For parcels delivered by Fastway, a calling card will be left at the address advising that the goods may be picked up from your closest Parcel Connect Agent.
SENDING KEEPSAKE BOXES OR GIFTS TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS
If you are sending your keepsake box to a business address, please let us know in the notes section and advise whether we should deliver to Reception or Delivery Dock etc. Please also include floor and department if a large corporation. Also, be sure the company will allow personal deliveries to be received.
CAN KEEPSAKE BOXES & GIFTS BE DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC DAY?
Orders can be made in advance so that your delivery happens on a specific date. Please add details in 'Comments' at checkout. Every effort will be made to ensure delivery happens on the day you ask for, but understandably, sometimes matters with postal/courier services are out of our control. Unfortunately, we do not control the delivery companies and cannot guarantee a delivery date.
As most of our deliveries are gifts we do not pack any invoice or documentation into our packages. As the sender your invoice is emailed upon checkout
